Nobody really knows what I am thinking.

Nobody really knows what I am like.

You see the way I am,

but are you seeing the real me?

You hear the words I say,

but are you listening to what I really mean?

If you knew what I was really like,

would you still be here?

  My heart is breaking,

I'm crying inside,

and yet my eyes are swollen and stinging.

I don't know where to turn,

or what to do.

Nobody loves me,

and nobody cares.
